FASENA silikat
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dispersion silicate façade paint made of high-quality acrylic binder, light-resistant pigments, potash water glass and water-repelling agents. Silicate paints have a chemical reaction with surface thus forming a water-resistant coating with high level of water vapour permeability allowing the surface to ‘breathe’. It is easy to apply, has good covering properties and it is extremely resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation.
APPLICATION
It is suitable for decorative protection of old and new mineral plasters, and for restoration of old silicate basecoats, as well. It is not suitable for restoration of gypsum and acrylic surfaces or old coatings of lime and dispersion basecoats. Surface needs to be firm, clean and dry, free from loose particles, water dissolvable salts and grease. One coat of FASENA SILIKAT preservative basecoat must be brushed on a well prepared surface. Two coats of FASENA SILIKAT façade paint without added water or added with max. 5% clean water needs to be applied on a dry surface using brush or roller.
